Will be held on:

Saturday, Nov. 30th, 2019 @ 12:30pm

The Foxboro & District Lions Club, along with the Foxboro Santa Claus Parade Committee cordially invites Foxboro residents and businesses along the parade route to join in the festive spirit on Saturday November 30th, @ 12:30pm.

The Committee extends a sincere "thank you" to past sponsors, participants, volunteers, and the many people who line the parade route!

The Committee encourages residents and businesses along Ashley Street to participate in this event by assisting in one or more of the following ways:
1) decorating your property with a Christmas theme
2) illuminating any Christmas lights you may have already set-up
3) allowing friends and relatives use of any off-street parking
4) on parade day (between the hours of 11:00 am and 1:30 pm) please inform any visitors attempting to park in front of your property to find an alternate parking spot. Suggested visitor parking spots can be seen on the parade route map (below).

Parade Route

The parade will commence at the Foxboro Public School, proceed south along Ashley Street to the Frankford Road, turn west and terminate at the Foxboro Foodland parking lot.

The committee respectfully asks residents and visitors alike not to park anywhere along the parade route.  Of special concern is the Frankford Road between Ashley Street and the Foxboro Foodland parking lot. This area needs to be free of parked cars in order to allow floats to return to their respective staging areas after the parade.

Suggested spectator parking areas are indicated by the green "P"s.

Please note: the Foxboro United Church will be open for washroom/warming centre use.

Participants with large animals (horses, etc.) can unload and leave their trailers in the large grassy area on the east side corner of Old Madoc Road and Ashley Street.

Participants are to be at their respective staging area no later than 11:45am the day of the parade.

Entry fee: $20 per float if registered 15 days before the scheduled parade date, otherwise $25 (fee waived for non-profit groups). Entry forms are available from Hopkin's Garage, County Bus Service (both in Foxboro), or you can download and print both sides of the PDF entry form (Adobe Reader required).

We request all participants/floats enter at the north end of Ashley Street via Old Madoc Road. This is to reduce the traffic congestion along Ashley Street.

Participants will be directed to their respective staging areas (old Thurlow Works Yard, Wall & Truss, Foxboro Public School) by the Staging Co-ordinator (wearing a bright orange coat/vest) located at the corner of Old Madoc Road & Ashley Street, starting at 11:00am on the day of the parade.
